Document Requirements

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)

• Completed visa application form (online or paper)

• Recent passport-size photographs

• Proof of travel (round-trip flight tickets)

• Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or invitation letter)

• Financial documents (bank statements, salary slips, ITR)

• Travel insurance (recommended)

• Cover letter stating purpose of visit

Visa Process

• Fill visa application form online or at the Brazilian Embassy/Consulate.

• Upload/submit documents along with photographs and proof of payment.

• Schedule appointment (if required) for biometrics or interview.

• Wait for processing (usually 5–10 working days).

• Receive decision and collect passport with visa stamp or eVisa approval.
